  Outstanding hotel, excellent location and service. Very convenient for anyone crossing into Hong Kong, and much cheaper (and better!) than any hotel there. Staff are polite, helpful and discreet. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice views of the border station. Highly recommended.

  酒店老是老点吧，但位置绝佳，后面就是罗湖口岸，来回香港超级方便。边上是深圳站，坐火车走走过去就行。

  Location was excellent, only a min walk to MTR train station.? Near by have fast food restaurant.? Hotel was a bit old fashion, but in Shenzhen Lu Wu , it’s acceptable.? It’s rare , I paid in full at trip. Com and hotel charge me again + guarantee CNY $500 . ?? While check out they didn’t pay back the cny$ 500 ?to me

  深圳第一家香格里拉，有点年头了，但设施保养得算不错。酒店位置很方便，罗湖口岸出来步行就是，地铁也在楼下。行政酒廊的早餐种类偏少，但味道不错的。

  酒店位置非常方便正对深圳站和口岸，方便去香港，前台小林耐心热情，房间乾净整洁，用的洗漱用品和沐浴用品品质都不错，对得起老牌酒店的名号，床很舒服，家俱装修古典，窗外风景不错。

  房间真的很好，每一次住的都很开心，连续续了三个晚上，然后就是需要改进的是迷你八收费，应该提前告知位置很不错，早餐很好

  地点方便靠近地铁站火车站，周围很多餐馆，香宫美食点心都很好，价格合理。服务热情周到，衞生很好，值得信赖。

  总体还可以，房间设施比较旧了，泳池人少乾净，总体上环境比较好，早餐也可以，停车比较方便，周边吃饭买东西的地方也挺多，价格还可以，周末会贵一点，空调不错，服务人员态度友善，服务周到。

  酒店位置近罗湖口岸，对港人来说十分方便，订了双床客房，临时改变主意，想加费选择较宽敞的行政套房，职员友善和快速配合，十分敬业。房间设施和健身房也感到很满意，下次还会考虑入住。
