Emily and Jack are very courteous and kind. They are helpful during our stay here. Jack in particular was very merticulous and caring throughout the whole stay. Hotel location is near the Shenzhen Bei station, but can be a little far from the airport due to distance and traffic jam. Stay here was good, breakfast was perfect. Will recommend this to others!

酒店地理位置不错很加分，交通便利，三楼连接地铁站和商场，购物很方便，酒店工作人员都很不错，Emily，jennie，kara特别热情，提前准备好了房间。酒店还有送物机器人，送物品很方便。

住体验都特别好。房间打扫得非常乾净，各类设施齐全好用，尤其是房间里的小度智能音响，听歌、查天气、设闹钟都很方便，为住宿增添了不少趣味。客房安静舒适，隔音效果好，整体布局温馨，床品柔软亲肤，淋浴水压充足，住起来特别放松。前台赖经理服务态度热情周到，办理入住高效快捷，遇到问题也能及时响应解决。酒店交通十分便利，出行非常省心，不管是商务出差还是旅游住宿，都是很靠谱的选择。整体体验五分好评，下次依然会优先选择这里，强烈推荐！
