酒店位置很好。房间在高层，视野开阔。旁边几百米就是深圳湾公园，晨练好去处。发现离酒店不远就有蘩楼，步行去吃早茶。

酒店在深圳南山核心区域，出差非常方便，前台小何耐心热情服务周到，房间宽敞整洁衞生，室内家俬不错，床和枕头都很舒服。唯一需要改进的是塑料牙刷和洗浴用品，品质和房间不匹配。

房间很大，而且布局很好，虽然开业时间比较长了，但是房间衞生还是很乾净的。酒店有很大的停车场，停车场也有很多充电桩，不过都是慢充，而且价格比较贵，这点需要电车车主注意的。酒店的早餐是比较丰盛的，可以给好评。恒温泳池是在二楼的小区里面，水质很乾净，但是因为不是全封闭的，所以也没特别恒温，算是比较冷的，不抗冻的需要注意一下。

设施：比较齐全，比较宽敞，有淋浴无浴缸，有洗衣机。衞生：比较乾净，房间没有什么明显的异味环境：周边比较安静，湖景还算不错，窗户缝隙太小且外面脏污，却又无法伸手拍照。服务：服务比较好
