服务：服务很好，阿姨记得每一间房的打扫情况，前台态度非常好，退房后有遗失物品及时联络。
设施：老牌酒店设备有点老旧，但是依旧典雅，设备一应俱全。
环境：离口岸、火车站和地铁口步行只要五分钟，周边也有很多商圈，续签通行证骑车10分钟即可。

服务全程贴心周到，符合五星标准。前台办理入住高效礼貌，礼宾员主动帮忙提行李，客房服务及时细致，夜床服务还会赠送特色书签，细节感拉满。工作人员响应迅速，态度热情，让人倍感亲切。作为开业三十余年的老牌酒店，硬件稍显年代感，隔间（衞生间）设计偏老旧，部分房型未做乾湿分离，淋浴需站在浴缸内，空间利用率一般。隔音表现中规中矩，走廊偶尔能听到轻微噪音，整体不影响休息。

房间内的洗手间门难以关上，
浴缸的边渗漏水，图中都发黑了，
冷气不凉，空调按了15度，半夜都热醒要抹汗，
吹风机的插头位置不好，不能照着镜子吹头发，
吃早餐时，服务员非常不礼貌，
语气非常不友善地指责我不会用咖啡机，
我说我就只按了一下，然后我就站旁边等，
那位女员工多次说是我多次乱按，所以咖啡机不出咖啡

这次带着太太、孩子们以及从澳洲来港与我们同住的母亲一起选择深圳香格里拉，整体体验非常满意。许多年前我因工作常住不同国家的香格里拉酒店，对品牌十分熟悉，也一直希望有一天能与家人共享这份美好，如今终于梦想成真。
酒店工作人员——无论是门口迎宾、前台、大堂保安、清洁团队还是餐厅服务员——都非常敬业，态度礼貌周到，让我们感受到宾至如归。房间整洁舒适，泳池也让孩子们玩得非常开心，如果能增设热水泳池就更完美了，毕竟户外天气仍偏冷。
唯一的小建议是餐厅自助餐的水准还有提升空间，若能达到其他国家香格里拉的五星级标准就更好。
总体而言，我们非常感谢深圳香格里拉的全体同仁，用专业与热情让这次家庭旅行充满温馨与美好回忆。

入住深圳香格里拉大酒店期间，特别想表扬实习生 Lumi Gui。当晚我因外卖柜问题无法取餐，Lumi 耐心协助，花费近半小时为我联系平台解决问题，态度诚恳、专业，让我倍感温暖。感谢香格里拉拥有如此出色的员工，这次体验真正体现了宾至如归的服务精神，极力推荐！

Hotel location is perfect, walking distance from Luohu shenzhen train station. 30m room size is just the right size. Even though the room is not remodeled but everything is still in good quality and good condition. The bed is comfortable with down pillows and down blanket, which can make you sleep better for sure. Hotel breakfast is grand and abundant with everything you can imagine. Front desk staff Bill Chen is very helpful and patient in answering questions. Hotel lobby is grand with beautiful flowers setting in the middle of the hall. Lobby bar is also very nice. Overall good experience and will come again.
