老牌的五星酒店，位置优越交通便利。我住的是豪华房，房间窗户看出去景观非常好。前台服务也很热情，房间还赠送了一份水果。年代久了，装修稍显陈旧了一点，不过走廊和房间都没有异味，保养得还是不错。总体上还是比较满意的。

酒店房间很旧的感觉，那床垫一躺下去就一凹陷，回弹不够，弄得晚上睡觉好不踏实，香咖啡里的早餐120元，种类少，肉只有培根和香肠，想弄个汤面却只有青菜，最搞笑是收盘子特别快，你一离桌盘子筷子都不见了，于是你的座位就给别人坐了。前台、客房服务十分好，看到了五星级的标准化，热情的打招呼亲切的问候，不知道是不是设施不够服务来凑。但入住与退房速度超慢。

酒店就在深圳罗湖站旁边，交通非常便利；酒店周边餐饮购物丰富，前台工作人员服务态度非常好，酒店卫生状况不错，设施齐全，性价比较高

首先说酒店设施方面，地下车场没有电梯可以到楼上的，必须走楼梯或者走行车道才能上楼，晚上十二点以后是只能有入地库的行车道。行李根本没法拿。再说服务员态度问题，问点事就显得特别不耐烦的样子，好像顾客都是**一样，还爱答不理的，顾客似乎都不配跟他们说话，不配耽误他们的时间。另外酒店很旧，房间很差，收着五星的价格，却不如维也纳，起码人家服务态度还是好的。
