装修风格很旧家俱也旧，床单都有点发黄了，只能算是20年前三星级标准，洗澡不方便，大堂连张免费坐的凳子都没有，全部都是消费才能坐的，性价比不高！

Always Shangri-La very outstanding. Ms Camellia - Guest Relation Executive was so outstanding.
She knew it was my mum’s birthday and arranged surprise birthday cake for my mum 70th birthday.
We couldn’t be thankful enough of how Shangri-La trained their staff.
I only can say there are outstanding.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, and the room had a relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the amenities were convenient and modern. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others

这是一家有历史的酒店了，设施比较老，不影响使用。离罗湖站出站步行3分钟，周边吃的很多。自助早餐性价比不高。
