酒店离罗湖口岸很近，进出香港方使！卫生方面很放心，服务态度贴好！对于酒店大堂不提供免费休息的沙发表示不满，都不考虑入住客人赶路的辛苦！

很滿意這一次入住的此酒店 服务意识和水平非常到位 酒店的地理位置很好，交通方便，闹中取静，房间很干净，布置的也很温馨，相比同档次酒店，性价比很高。服务更是值得赞扬的，每个服务人员都很热情 下次還會在繼續入住

07年裝修的酒店14年住還能這樣也不錯了??室內環境和室外的讓人感覺都很好，還有服務很不錯，比起前一晚香港的服務那是天壤之别啊…回到深圳住这个酒店让我突然大爱大陆，每一项服务都让我感受到了真诚…附近交通又便利…地理位置相当好…下次必定再来住香格里拉…不过有一点让我很奇怪…插头好少哦…
