位置非常好，罗湖口岸出来就能看到香格里拉酒店。服务不错，前台提前为我们办理了行李寄存，这才有时间赶去香港。卫生情况还行，设施略显老旧，和一般5星级酒店差别有些。总体还是不错的体验。满意！
