去年去过这个酒店跨年，感觉氛围很好，所以今年带着孩子又去了。今年的跨年比去年氛围还好，倒数跨年的时候好激动呀！酒店这个活动办得太棒了，还有抽奖活动。我还奢望能抽个特等奖的免费套房??没有抽到，明年再去。房间也是一如既往的特别舒服，衞生也很多。

很棒的酒店，已经 N刷几次了！每次都会定两个房间，升级一个榻榻米房，设计很棒，很日式！有迷你吧，里面饮料可以免费喝，很贴心的还提供了小童拖鞋和洗漱用品！床品不错，窗帘相当遮光！酒店服务很到位，自助餐很不错，菜品新鲜丰富，酒店的跨年活动很有气氛？

酒店装修风格大气时尚，客房保养的很好，设施完备，衞生很乾净，房间没有异味，酒店的自助餐晚餐和早餐菜式都很丰富，海鲜很新鲜，美味！跨年活动很热闹，酒店举办的活动办得很好！很有过节的气氛！以后每年都要在皇悦豪生跨年！

前台和咖啡厅服务不错，就是有位男士比较搞笑（不知道是不是大堂经理）告诉我沙发不可以侧着靠，影响观感，难道大厅的沙发只能正襟危坐？况且我是消费后坐在咖啡厅的沙发上斜着靠一会，不存在脱鞋子或者躺在沙发上的情况，没想到会受到这种待遇，表示非常不满。
