位置偏远，由罗湖过关坐车去要1个小时左右，酒店很新很乾净，前台服务很到位，每次要拿物品，职员很快便送上来。

This one is excellent, 10/10! We stayed during Chinese New Year & our time here was perfect in every way. There's a large play area for the kids & the breakfast is a feast, with a mix of both delicious Western & Chinese fare, including tasty local Cantonese dim sum & yummy American breakfast classics like eggs, sausages, bacon, different types of breads & spreads, cereals, omelets, etc. (they even have Tabasco hot sauce), as is to be expected at Howard Johnson, a renowned & classic American restaurant brand. They have convenient robots that delivered what we ordered straight to the room & we even caught a traditional Chinese lion dance show during our breakfast. 10/10

酒店颇新景观开扬，前台服务员很友善及有礼貌。房间洗手盘去水非常慢很易溢水，浴室内没有挂衣地方不方便。整体酒店环境是可以，去邻近商场要打车约十多分钟便到达。

这次入住非常舒服，酒店门口停车场就有充电桩。过年开年还有醒狮闹堂。酒店配套泳池小童乐园洗衣房。早餐厅不错。位置去万象碧海度假村，华发滑雪都在半小时左右。去东莞很方便。

酒店服务不错，前台的小姐姐有礼貌。但我们是开车过去停车场较为奇怪和偏远，指示较为不鲜明。如有代客泊车会更好。酒店刚刚兴建不久所以卫生情况尚算唔错。酒店有提供自助餐早餐，大概$60/人，OK啦。
用餐地区装修也是一般般。都算不错但未去到好优质。过年前的平日前往，价钱六百多元港元，合理。枕头偏软，床褥也偏软，还好吧。 洗手间很乾净。

除夕带着家人入住皇悦豪生酒店，感受到了浓浓的年味儿，虽然已经不是第一次入住该酒店，但这次仍然让我很惊喜，居然还看了烟花表演，初一的凌晨酒店特地为客人准备了饺子和汤圆，非常的暖心！早晨还有舞狮表演……孩子们非常的开心！给酒店点个大大的赞个！??????

所谓38平方米的高级大床房，只不过是每层楼放置毛巾床罩等杂物间后面的两个小房间，入户房门是凹进去的，里面房间感觉很小，除了放一张双人床和两个小方牀头柜，已无任何空余地方。实在看不出来这个房间面积有38平方米。床边的地毯很脏，很多污渍，房间品质远远比不上其他酒店同面积的房间。早餐品种较少，味道和品质很普通。
