酒店周边绿植环绕环境很不错，房间面积挺大的，设备很智能都可以用语言控制很方便。Timi的服务很好安排的房间住的很满意，下次出差还会来的~

希望酒店能够切实提高服务品质。好的地方：（1）前台小周经理态度温和服务周到，主动为住店客人着想，很nice；（2）酒店中餐出乎意料的好吃，中厨的经理和服务人员也非常好，用餐体验很好。需要改进的地方：（1）需要切实加强衞生管理，早上八点左右，12楼走廊有老鼠跑过（如图），酒店反馈説不知道从哪里来的，虽然服务员马上对走廊做了消杀，但是后续不知道能否完全杜绝。（2）客房清洁人员刚清洁垃圾桶，马上去拿乾净的毛巾和水杯送进客房，没有戴手套，也没有清洁双手，这个衞生环节太不专业。（3）中午一点多在客房午休，隔壁房间就在进行打扫，开着门，声音比较嘈杂，很影响休息。虽然能理解酒店要抓紧整理，但是在时间和工作安排上应该可以做出优化。以上三点，都是在其他的五星酒店完全可以做到的，并不超出日常服务范畴，希望能看到贵酒店的改进。

来住过好多次了，酒店确实不错，房间宽敞明亮，设施设备齐全简单，酒店三楼配有恒温泳池，自助洗衣房，和健身房，提供给住客免费使用，很方便对于出差或者旅游的客户很友好，服务很贴心，一进大堂，迎面而来的是前台轻声问候和灿烂笑容，Jackson经理的服务很热情也贴心，有任何需要和问题都随时能够解决和尽量满足，细节感满满，确实是一次非常不错的入住体验，有机会会再来，也会推荐给身边的家人及朋友
