换了三次房间，前两次的房间床单都能找到黑色的污渍，工作人员强行解释说这是绒毛，不是他们没有洗干净，但是地板角落的灰尘还有垃圾真是让人感到十分恶心。并且从始至终前台工作人员没有表达半点的歉意，在我打电话沟通房间卫生打扫不干净后，对方的回应只有“那好我安排你换个房间”。

酒店旁边的就是购物商场，整体一般般，喝个奶茶不错，该有的还是有的，商场内切品牌一般般，影响酒店档次。元旦过去住的，基本没什么人住，环境不错，感觉没什么人住。订的自助早餐、晚餐，就餐的人数不多，种类不多，出品一般般。人少的情况适当改提升档次效果可能会更好。总体不错的，入住的客人太少了，就餐环节菜类产品不敢恭维！
