  I arrived the hotel after my snowboarding session at the Huafa iceworld. The hotel is just next to the Tongtai time square with many restaurant and shopping choices. The front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming making my stay a very pleasant one. Thanks to Kristine's personal service for helping to resolve my concerns.

  It was a great experience staying at the hotel, the room was comfortable, quiet. The bathroom was roomy and clean but it would be great if it comes with hand wash instead of soap. Staffs at the concierge were helpful and polite, all my requests and needs were being fulfilled and answered very quickly. ?Thanks to Mr YIU at the concierge, especially!

  房间空间还算比较大，也挺乾净的，没有异味，空调效果也挺好的，是比较满意的，下次还会选择这个酒店，旁边就是商场。

  酒店风格时尚，房间空间大，保养得当，看着很新，衞生乾净整洁。前台服务好，笑容甜美，服务意识强，安排的房间非常满意。3楼自助早餐食物出品新鲜，选择多，整体酒店很不错。

  酒店地理位置优越，离机场坐地铁2个站，整体装修风格时尚，房间很大，很新，床垫软硬刚好，睡的很舒服，而且隔壁就有商圈，有超市、海底捞、电影院、星巴克等餐厅咖啡厅，出门逛街吃饭太方便啦！

  酒店风格时尚简约，保养得当，员工服务热情，前台笑容灿烂，退房时遗留东西在房间，前台及时联系并送还，非常感谢！房间空间大，衞生乾净整洁，5楼有24小时健身房免费供住客享用。隔壁有商场也是一大亮点，对住客来説非常方便。而且离地铁机场距离都很近。

  酒店大堂电梯旁边有自助售卖机，对于因赶路半夜到店而着急买一些日用品的客人来説非常便捷，另外酒店有机器人，会帮忙将住客外卖送到房间内，对于住客来説也是非常方便。酒店房间衞生乾净，整洁、宽敞明亮、床软硬度刚好，睡的比较舒服，工作人员都很友好热情，非常积极主动的提供服务。本次入住非常满意。
