Really good hotel with a mall next to it. Beautiful view. But is in the old town, so if you want to see new shenzhen go to the other side of town. But great services, big rooms, huge breakfast selection,nice people,all in all we enjoyed our stay

服务态度很好，尤其是多次打电话管家，耐心为我处理我需要的东西，房间也摆了我喜欢的氛围布置，有免费咖啡??饮料??送上门，还有喜欢的泳池，很好的体验

I don’t usually write long reviews, but the St. Regis Shenzhen really impressed me.
Let’s start with the service – because wow. From the moment I walked in, the reception girls were absolutely perfect. Warm, professional, and so attentive without being overbearing. They remembered little details, made check-in seamless, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay special. Honestly, they set the tone for the whole trip.
The room? Incredible. Spacious, elegant, super comfortable bed, and every little amenity you could think of. But the real showstopper was the view – floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Shenzhen skyline. I must have just stood there for ten minutes taking it all in.
Breakfast was delicious too – great mix of Western and local options, everything fresh, and the service at breakfast was just as polished as the front desk.
If you’re looking for a hotel that nails the luxury basics and goes the extra mile with genuine, thoughtful service, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms with amazing views of Shenzhen. The bed was especially comfortable and there were lots of western TV channels!
The only issue we had was the number of people in the pool. We wanted to relax by the pool on Saturday but unfortunately it was extremely busy with families using the pool like a kids club. If there was anywhere for us to sit, it was too noisy to relax. It’s unfortunate, as the hotel is very nice.

第二次入住了，奔着口碑和高层环境去的！
实话説，体验感很不好：预订时酒店客服告知，想要90层城市景观，要选尊贵豪华对应房型，OK,那就在客服的引导下，提前一天预订了尊贵豪华城景，入住当天上午9点就开始和前台对接，特地嘱咐安排90层，被告知説不一定，客人要12点退房才能安排，当时也觉得没有问题，那等12点后到前台办入住再确认吧，但到下午1点，我们一行人到前台，説客房还没收拾完，我们就把行李寄存在前台！随后我们一直到下午4点多，才返酒店办入住，还是被告知90层没有对应房间，没收拾出来，如果再等40分钟，应该可以满足90层尊贵豪华城景的需求，请问瑞吉的服务，这么牵强吗？没办法，小朋友实在困的不行，我们还是没住到90层，最后还是面对香港的农田！

第一次入住深圳瑞吉酒店，体验非常良好，管家热情有礼，所有问题也立刻回覆及帮忙，房间比较潮湿，然后立刻拿抽湿机入来，体验也非常好，早餐非常好吃，所有东西也非常新鲜及精致，游泳池及健身室也很乾净，期待第二次来临！

拣左深圳瑞吉酒店作为庆祝女友生日staycation,
住一晚大床连自助早餐。因为布置房间所以安排到提前入住及延迟退房，感谢酒店配合安排。 前台好像在96楼，一去到就被高空景色吸引。入到房间都有该景色，夜晚都好靓，有大床大浴缸都好舒服。卫生几好，房间同浴缸前有电视但冇咩好睇，厕所唔系智能马桶但唔紧要，净系睇夜景都够。隔音就还好，都会听到走廊人经过既声，但整体都好好。
值得赞既系自助早餐，质素都唔错同多选择???? 泳池同健身室冇去唔评论

最惊喜系房入面有个 独立圆形浴缸，仲要对住开扬嘅靓景??
一路浸浴一路望住深圳嘅夜景，真系奢华到不得了，成个人都放松晒。
