酒店建成时间有点久了，房间设施比较陈旧，但是服务态度非常好，而且地理位置优越，望海一线景色，吃饭也很便宜相对来说比大排挡好.

非常不错的入住体验，从前台到餐厅服务员，都让人宾至如归的温馨。酒店就在海边，毗邻海洋世界，交通比较方便，的士也很正规。房间挺大的，很安静，只是感觉设施略显陈旧，跟不上现代时尚，又没精致的怀旧，我留言也建议香格里拉应该有自己不同于其它五星级酒店的风格和情怀，否则很难给客人留下难忘的印象。另外建议门童培训有待加强，不能让保安忙上忙下的来帮客人；呆了三天，大堂经理我一点印象都没有，似乎没看见，这就是情怀的欠缺吧，希望下次去能有所改善。
