老酒店，装修一般，穿黑色主管服的人，不论是前台还是餐厅，态度都很傲慢，不打招呼，询问不耐烦，只会一直让开单交钱。吃的东西非常一般，跟富丽华差不多，西餐厅很小，摊位少，黑色套装的人给客人领位置客人提出不同意见居然转身走了，我们边吃边老一脸茫然的客人，卫生一般。北海的五星级也许就是这个水平，不值标价两千五百多的房价，不论硬件还是软件。跟保洁要了酒店的纸袋，拿来打开居然是下图这样，估计是倒垃圾袋时候落进去的。
