酒店在海边，比较老了，后边的海景也很一般，建议入住城景房，房子的窗户设计无法打开，室温只能靠空调调解，房内部分设施陈旧，不过北海目前没有比这个酒店好的，酒店行业整体落后。

提前1个多月付了担保款定了连住5天的房间，晚上8点到达到酒店，被告知定好的那个标准的房间只剩下2间，别的人在里面，10点之后才能退房。协商之后安排别的房间入住，次日酒店要求我们更换房间，让把行李寄存前台，等候换房。到达北海机场由酒店商务车接机，之前酒店要求通过网银支付用车费用，网银支付后到达酒店再次要求付钱，我们告知已付过款，于是就把这个用车款挂帐到房间费用里，我们再次告知已付款，酒店工作人员说确认好了，等到退房时，再次要求付用车款，我们再次出示网银付款凭证，才得以退房。真是无语啊！

宾馆太老了，最少二十年左右。前台服务员形象不太符合五星级的身份。
