  没有对比就没有伤害，北海行程最后一天从万豪换过来，落差极大。首先提前无人联系接洽到店时间及安排（相比之下友商都会提前加微信）；其次车停到门口没有人上来接应，行李特别多还得自己进去叫人帮忙拿；下午三点多到店房间还有一间未收拾好一直等到下午四点多；酒店的设施比较旧，这个没办法时间久了，但软件也没跟上，一个房间总共就送了两瓶水。所谓的海景房其实还隔了一条街，有点名不副实。配套的设施偏商务，和友商比度假感打了折扣。唯一好评的是晚上的打铁花表演，还是蛮有趣的。

  酒店正对面是北海银滩，海景房视野开阔，酒店房间大设施齐全，衞生间宽敞分区隔离使用方便，自助早餐品种丰富，中西式美食都有，团得套餐还有接机服务及下午茶赠送， 服务：到位！

  北海银滩皇冠假日酒店海景房太惊喜了，高楼层无遮挡落地窗直麪碧海白沙，躺在床上就能欣赏海景和日落，房间宽敞乾净，床品舒适，配套齐全。出门3分钟直达银滩，10分钟车程可达侨港风情街和客运港，位置绝了。自助早餐品类丰富，含本地特色，服务贴心。21楼天际酒廊、海景泳池加分，性价比拉满，是北海度假的优选！前台阿文服务周到细心，餐厅黄姐非常热情，主动询问和提供服务，总体来説是一次很不错的入住体验，下次还住皇冠

  入住整体服务很棒，入住有帮忙拿行李，这次出来和家人，前台的“幸福管家”给我升级了房间而且还是海景房耶，这几天北海的天气出奇的好，对我来説是很难得的一次体验，早餐很好吃，餐饮是不错的，而且大堂环境很香很大气哈哈，我希望下次来北海还能遇到我的管家
