本来订的双人间，结果抵达时告知只有大床间，但我不接受大床间，前台很快帮我调整为29楼的行政房间，床特别大！一开始水特别小，服务中心和前台很认真的帮处理，必须点赞！

酒店细节设计很喜欢 卫生间很大 还有光控玻璃 房间处处都体现出科技前卫的感觉 ，服务也不错前台的服务员ava 还有旁边一位叫justo的，热情周到 很懂得体贴客人，注重客人入住体验，这样才能帮助酒店有更好的提升嘛，这样的管理体制一定是会使酒店生意兴隆的 ，

服务细致周到的日式酒店，有免费地下停车场，出门就是金鹰和龙湖天街，地铁公交都只有一两分钟的路程，购物逛街非常方便。酒店自己的饭菜也很有特色，口味很好。游泳池恒温，有独立的儿童泳池。酒店管理严谨，我出门忘带房卡，离开后遗留现金，打电话咨询时都要报入住人身份证号，确保安全。特别感谢孙莉经理和前台Celine的细致周到，留下很美好的回忆。过了一个快乐安心的新年。
