房间的床品不行，双人床的床垫不够舒适，偏硬。还有这枕头睡一会儿就瘪了而且不会恢复，越睡越低，第二天脖子疼...

地理位置高新区，酒店建筑外观高大上，很有辨识度，酒店有停车场，要兑换券的哦～离好几个购物广场，汽车西站，地铁都很近。听说日航服务好，入住的时候前台人员轻声细语，有送什么spa券，对于客人房间房型要求基本满足，第二天早上碰到打扫阿姨和其他工作人员都会说早安。酒店设施智能化，个人觉得这样的酒店相对来说有也正常。酒店有健身房有游泳池相关配套设施作为星级酒店来说一定是完善的，本人没有去所以至于具体这些设施体验感如何无法评价。全日制餐厅在一楼，有送早餐，没去吃，还有其他的餐厅，可以都去体验下。因为只住了一晚又较晚办理入住，基本都是在睡觉，房间内布局简单的，不多赘述，总体上也是能感受到酒店氛围和服务。

临时决定十一假期来苏州旅游，看了一天的酒店都不是特别满意。苏州的酒店都有年头了，设备比较旧，所以选择了比较新的日航酒店，稍微有点远，但是打车都很方便，从苏州北站出来也可以坐地铁来。
虽然假期办入住的人很多，但是日航酒店管理完善，设置了排队区，职员办入住也比较快。
房间很干净，设备不旧，客人吃饭也可以有优惠价，满意。
