几个在门口的服务生就知道聊天，我上上下下搬个行李，问都不问的，迎来没有送往也无，站着来回踱步的人挺多，主动提供服务的少，少拿疫情说事，就是管理差劲

凌晨过后到的，入住时前台一大群人，就一个员工在办入住，后来又来一个小伙子，让他办他说不会，不会来干嘛？总之办入住等了很久。虽然前台道了歉升了级

高级房升级豪华双床面积很大，双台盆，卫生间干湿分离，衣帽间也超级大，不愧是日系品牌酒店，房间里的设施设计很不错，双床可以拼起来，超大，三口之家睡觉毫无压力，周边有金鹰和龙湖天街，吃饭逛街很方便，早餐属于正常范围，该有的都有，中午吃了酒店的日料餐厅，口味还行，价格也实惠，也靠近地铁，离木渎古镇不远自驾20分钟，以后有机会还要再来！

宾馆位置不错，出门左转就是一个比较大的购物商场，吃饭购物都可以满足。宾馆房间设施可以，马桶配了卫洗丽，浴室的玻璃很有趣，办理入住时前台里面站了很多人，但是只有两个人可以办理入住，helena很热情过来询问我是否办理入住，还给我拿了热毛巾擦手，邀请我加入会员，shirely很快把手续办好了，指引了电梯方向。很愉快的一次入住体验，符合五星级酒店的标准，希望以后还会有机会来感受这种高标准服务。唯一美中不足的是电梯不能直通停车场有点不方便的。

酒店位置在新区中心，周边商圈丰富，设施很新，马桶都是日本智能马桶，对此钟爱人士推荐，周边有地铁，前台shirely服务很好。网站预定时没有选含早餐的，入住时前台告知现在网站和酒店有活动，免费赠送一份，可惜出门办事太早没吃上浪费了。
