服务：非常热情，感谢Julia提前联系对房间的需求，非常贴心地问了枕头的喜好，真的是一夜好眠
环境：属于比较老钱风的酒店了，装修虽然很久了但是很整洁
设施：早餐真的很丰富，一进去都有点惊艳到了，冷餐热餐应有尽有，连咖啡都有人工下单，还可以做冰咖啡

忍不住还是要评价一下。
先説环境和设施，18年的酒店现在已经非常老旧了，维护的也不好，踢脚线开裂，地毯污渍很多，包括房间内有一股广东人所説的“up”味。包括空调只有冷气，没有暖气，只能送一个暖气来搭救，但这几天广东还是挺冷的，只能説杯水车薪。
再説服务，到了房间之后打电话到前台需要个红酒杯。前台的反馈是我入住时没有交按金，需要补缴，等会送酒杯的时候会把pos机带上…一时被她气哭…不是説不愿意交这个按金，而且入住也没让我交，再説了，里面冰箱东西也要收费，那我要是用了，不也是退房时结？幸好，后面送酒杯的时候没带Pos机，但送来了两个不一样的红酒杯，着实有点好笑了。
最后，礼宾小哥的服务态度也是比较一般的，输个停车票像欠了他似的。
酒店价格不贵，估计已经Price in了这些瑕疵和不足，但作为一家老牌五星，实在有失品牌荣光。
这个价格还不如住附近的万怡，或者多200块住万丽了。

前台小姐笑容是少了些。可能不够人手吧！
房间好像没有空调，要打电话到前台等工作人员去调教。
但整体酒店体验是不错。房间清洁，床亦舒服，隔音好。早餐有多种撰择而且热盆食物仍是热的。位置极佳，位于后海站旁。海岸城就在隔离，非常方便。
我们住的房间景观也很好。下次都会入住。??

Our stay at Kempinski Hotel Shenzhen was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, especially for those who appreciate classic elegance and timeless design. The hotel has a traditional style, but it feels warm, refined, and very comfortable rather than outdated.
The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The wooden furniture, soft lighting, and calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt well maintained and high quality.
The bathroom was a real highlight. It was large, clean, and beautifully designed, with a deep bathtub that was perfect for relaxing. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is directly connected to Metro Line 11, which makes getting around Shenzhen incredibly easy and fast. Whether you are heading to shopping areas, business districts, or the airport, the connectivity is very convenient.
Service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. If you enjoy classic hotel style, comfort, and convenience, this is a great choice. Perfect for couples looking for a calm and elegant stay in Shenzhen.

订了房间跨年，暖心升级了行政房，观景一流，还提供了房间布置，楼下就是地铁，10分钟可到万象城。下次来深圳还选这家！

凯宾斯基的服务都这么卷了吗？！还在香港的时候就接到客户经理Alyssa的电话，贴心的询问抵达时间和对房间的要求，帮忙安排好一切，讯息沟通高效便利
老牌酒店的设施虽然不是最新的但是胜在依然有质感，很喜欢酒店的地毯非常有品味，房间也特别宽敞。
地理极为便利，吃饭极为方便，从后海滙的空中廊道可以经过万象城直接走到人才公园，曼哈顿街景，体验满满。
另外，酒店虽然中餐早餐有点平凡，但西餐早餐却吃感动了，奶酪，薰鸭肉，沙拉等等都出乎意料的好吃

老牌酒店比较有信任感，连续住四天。唯一缺点就是，即使是商务套房，在衣帽间或者出入门口竟然没穿衣镜，如果想要看自己穿搭状态就得跑去淋浴区才有个全身镜，要么是浴缸有个半截镜。离谱了哟。。这缺陷最好升级，其他都靠谱。

房间格局就是比较普通的那种商务间，他家马桶是那种比较正的圆好神奇（忘拍照了）。
房间是Flora提前联系我安排好的，很乾净，视野很好！而且无烟，安静这些要求也都满足了??。
酒店地理位置很好，周围一圈吃的。然后酒店自己的早餐也还不错，有蜂巢蜜??，第一次见。
酒店是铺地毯的，之前看到评论説有霉味，这次入住倒是感觉还行。
噢噢噢，还有洗护是小瓶装，50ml未开封的，这点也蛮好的。
