衞生很差，不是一般的差，浴袍上带血迹，而且新送的，打电话后服务员拿走，又折返，告诉我是红色的线，很无语。因为我习惯性睡枕头反面，我反过来后发现有鞋印，不会再去。老酒店，整个走廊充斥着霉味，设施老旧。前台工作人员态度都很好，都比较专业，服务以及反应速度都很快，也很敬业，可惜酒店太老旧！只是价格便宜1062住了三晚。

这酒店实在是太差了。冷气根本就不冷，整个酒店都有发霉的味道。我们房间热到受不了。小孩热闹满身大汗。，全身都是汗。全衣服都湿了。凌晨3点多去换房间。一晚上都没有睡。体验太差了。带小孩住这个酒店，真的很不舒服。体验太差。

前台服务人员热情大方，还主动给我升级豪华单人间，酒店周边环境超好！各种各样的饭店，超市，公交车站非常不错，方便！

酒店位置优越，离会展中心很近，这次过来参加展会就选择住这里，周边很多吃的，小吃一条街晚上人气很旺，烟火气十足；特别有意思的事情是给我一间两室2厅的套房，我也住不下啊，免费升级的！

I had a very pleasant stay at Venus Royal Hotel, so much I had to extend my stay. The young men who were the receptionists on duty during my stay were so kind, polite, warm and willing to help. Kelvin was my first contact who could speak English and this really helped our communication. Later, I met Mike and Knight who were very kind, very polite and helpful too. They both could also communicate in English to a fair extent. I really appreciate all the members of staff of the hotel. The housekeeper who cleaned my room throughout my stay was a lady, she was so polite, kind and friendly. The men at the hotel entrance were very helpful with my luggage as well, they all wanted to talk to me warmly, even though they couldn’t speak in English. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they had a reasonable amount of variety. I also had dinner sometimes at the restaurant on 3rd floor, they had delicious meals at okay prices and the attendants there were so chatty, so polite and kind.
The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants around, there were many shopping malls around and many places where one could have fun.
In summary, I had a very good stay in this luxurious hotel at an affordable rate. I’ll like to visit Shenzhen again and lodge in Venus Royal Hotel. I’d love to see Knight, Kelvin and Mike again too.

位置很好，酒店也非常大。出酒店就有一条街全是饭店吃饭无忧。酒店装修风格有点老气，但是不会很久，没有电动马桶很遗憾，然后吹风机功率很小，估计女士吹头发有点慢。

房间不错，大床房床很大，衞生还可以，就是灯光比较暗。早餐丰富，每次都要吃一碗麪和鸡汤。大堂茶水也很丰富，超爱话梅糖。

Rating them 1 Star, totally the opposite from the description and no where near 5 star rating (local hotel).
The lobby and reception was pitch quiet and hardly anybody, the corridor was dark and breakfast selection was limited and and not appealing.
Definitely no go for families.
