年初二到住两晚，过年期间算是性价比还可以的酒店了。在南山区办公区中商务感强一些，过年的关系周边没啥人，但是去哪里都挺方便，叫外卖也很方便，机器人可以送到房间。服务人员相对冷漠。1、最大的问题就是电梯的设定相当不合理，大堂在顶层 客房及其他功能在大堂以下，如果仅客房在大堂中转可以接受，但所有功能交通必须通过大堂中转。加之电梯数量少以至于在交通上浪费非常多时间。2、房间墙是隔音的但！门！非常不隔音，半夜走廊的动静听的一清二楚，两晚都没睡好。3、早餐还可以，令人欣慰，提前预约每位120，内容和口味都不错。

酒店整体偏商务，房间风景非常的好，可以看到深圳超总湾景观，每个服务员的态度都很好，还有必须狠夸的早餐！万豪的早餐真的都好好吃！
不过房间整体隔音比较一般，衞生间的设计虽然好看，但是用起来比较一般，酒店没有小童床围提供。
但是整体的体验还是很棒，下次还会再来??

酒店服务很到位，隔音也不错。第二天出行时忘了关闭请勿打扰，酒店专门打电话询问是否需要打扫房间。早餐也很丰盛，最后一天只有孩子想去吃早餐，要了餐盒，装了自己喜欢吃的拿回房间吃。每天的衞生打扫很乾净，一次性物品补充很及时。
对于有梳化床的房间，建议提供大小合适的床单和被子，孩子可以自己睡在梳化床上

酒店地理位置好，离地铁站口不足200米，交通便利，距离人才公园和深圳湾都很近，在房间可以远眺深圳湾和春笋大厦，房间设施齐全、衞生好，前台小姐姐热情周到、给人有宾至如归的感觉，办理入住和退房都很快速便捷

酒店整体都很满意??舒适衞生；现在的家庭基本都是有两个小孩以上，建议酒店推出不满成年的早餐都优惠一些，或者送小孩的早餐，小孩子吃不了多少东西，花小成本给小孩子一个全家人的体验，现在国家鼓励多生孩子，你们可以推出一些全家多人出游的套餐食宿套餐新方案！希望你们生意越来越好！

酒店卫生打扫得很清洁，服务员态度友善，健身室设施齐备，唯一美中不足是需要转驳升降机到房间，到地下的话，需要从楼层坐到57楼lobby, 再由57楼乘另一边升降机到地下
