First time staying at this hotel & I really like it.
Hotel is newly opened in May’2024.
Amenities are high quality and generously provided. For example, free fresh brewed coffee provided at lobby, complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge in every room.
I was very impressed by the friendly & very helpful services overall from all the staffs, and Mr. Lui(小磊） in particular. He’s soooo helpful to me, especially when I encountered issues, he always tried his best to assist & follow up for me.
Location-wise, it’s good too. Highly recommended & for sure will come back again!

五星好评！电梯厅宽敞整洁，房间布局合理，干净明亮，配套齐全。订的不含早的房，最后一天因为要赶飞机来不及去吃早茶，和前台联系，焦焦积极沟通，购买金卡会员送了三份早餐，完美解决问题！早餐6:30开餐非常适合赶早班机的客人。早餐品质丰富，现做的挺肠粉不错！电梯里碰到的客房服务人员都很礼貌热情，应该是统一培训过。酒店周边大环境也很好，点都德和顺德佬离得很近，步行即可到达。

假期带小朋友到深圳玩2天，今次选了深圳湾城际酒店，地理位置很好，房间干净，前台服务人员服务很好，特别是前台小哥哥小磊，他服务很好，超有礼貌，还帮我升级了带有浴缸的房间????，下次来深圳还会选这间酒店??

办理入住的时候前台那位小妹妹服务不错，但是等我们放完行李出门，再次回到酒店，发现柜子里面有上一名客户剩下的浴袍和一次性拖鞋，还是湿了的，严重怀疑有人进入我们的房间。我们打电话去前台投诉，需要调监控，等了十多分钟等来了个实习生小妹妹来处理，现场无法给到满意答覆，说汇报上级次日给答覆，请问贵酒店是没有经理值班吗？等到我们隔天离店都没人来给个说法，还是我们自己去前台问的怎么处理，后面加了一个人回覆了这些内容，我们表示无法接受！
