Very clean and helpful staffs. Yuna Yang helped with the check out and a few other helped when I ad difficulty with collecting my taobao parcels. Definitely will stay here again when back in Shenzhen.

环境：大堂设施整洁，香氛怡人服务：前台接待Una，服务态度很好，提供协助及时，耐心解决问题衞生：房间衞生状态较好，整洁，未见污渍，无异味房间：房间宽敞、布局合理，窗帘遮光好，床铺舒适，洗浴水流较大、舒适

多次入住，今次订了一间双床房，但是到了酒店后要求大床房！职员很快安排一间15楼大床房给我们????但上到房间发觉偏细，而且洗手间地下有垃圾，然后call前台要求换房间，迅速安排职员送新房咭给我们，非常感谢！上到新房间，真系房间大了！希望下次入住唔好再安排1514房间

这次入住深圳南山假日酒店城景大床房，体验极佳！房间宽敞明亮，能饱览南山区繁华的城市景观，视野非常开阔。房内设施齐全，床铺乾净舒适，让人能好好放松。特别要表扬前台员工小洪，办理手续时非常专业有礼，态度亲切周到，令人有宾至如归的感觉。酒店位置优越，整体性价比极高，强烈推荐，下次来深圳一定会再次入住！

10分满分的服务，前台职员友善，有礼，如果有需要，可提供延迟退房，有自助洗衣房，非常方便。房间非常整洁。是休息和消闲必选的酒店。值得一赞清洁姨姨在走廊也会和我打招呼！ ?????? **订购食物非常方便，很多选择，直接送到酒店大堂??
