Very clean, new, modern style hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk from Houhai Metro Exit J.
The room was very comfortable, with electronic controls for curtains, etc.
Only negative was slightly limited selection for the western breakfast, but still 4/5 for this.
Would stay again if in the area.

Excellent hotel with amazing customer service. At first, we were assigned room closer to Main Street and when I advise the staff we were light sleepers and would appreciate a quieter room, they immediately upgraded us for free. Room was very clean and I loved the huge bathroom. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit shenzhen!

酒店今年落成，房间设计低调奢华，非常新。台前赠送了1份早餐及延迟退房，非常好。后诲地铁站行8分钟到酒店，附近有海岸城，食嘢方便。CP价高，推荐。早餐食物好吃。

酒店很新，现代轻奢装修风格，很时尚都市风。房间干净整洁，落地窗搭配电动窗帘，超有氛围感。早餐丰富，营养均衡搭配，现蒸肠粉很赞！前台小婷很细致认真，值得表扬一番。这次入住的体验很赞，下回还会来住！

位置地理真系好远，本身系去海岸城玩，所以订酒店想玩得舒服一点。但酒店距离地铁站出口真的很远！每次由酒店来回非常费时。房间清洁还可接受，但一啲位置很??脏。浴室门扶手，?螺丝突然松脱，真的有点?骇人！早餐的粥品和?渌米粉不错，好味！?酒店亦有装修工程，不时?传来?钻墙声音，大概晚上11点后就没有了。

酒店地理位置优越，离人才公园、腾讯滨海大厦等500强总部近；酒店2024年新开业，装修还很新，房间干净整洁；前台小陈服务态度热情周到；居然在酒店早餐中还吃到了心心念念的煎饼果子??

整体还是值得再住
房间干净 不小 床是1.8米的 很宽敞 床品睡的挺舒服
有机器人负责外卖 整体也很方便 属于南山很便利的地区了
因为我飞机18:15的 所以还帮我延迟退房到15:00 很细心～
下次再来深圳会再来住的！

weekend带仔去深圳湾体育馆睇Maksim演出，book的酒店可以行路过去会场大概15分钟。今次系行政大房，空间足够，两面墙落地窗。窗外景色OK，周边腾讯百度等企业写字楼。由福田口岸搭十号线转11号系后海站行去酒店十分钟。全程地铁人好少。酒店所属片区整体感觉比罗湖区好很多，整齐新净有朝气又唔会嘈杂。
酒店房卫生做得唔错，服务都几好。有机器人送外卖，非常方便。因为系新开业关系吧，电视系我住过酒店最大的，有一定年份的酒店电视都好细。电视都有付费电影睇。床品适合我，训得几好。因为周边系写字楼关系，唔会嘈，夜晚训觉绝对安静。
