酒店服务一流，设施配置上等级，地理位置很好，价格合理，出入方便，是出行深圳首选。有点不足是对住深南大道大修建，外出有点乱，修好后环境一流。

风筒很旧，吹不出热风，后面的罩子都快掉下来装风桶的袋子很脏，都是灰尘。洗簌用品毛巾质量没有品质感，地毯显得很旧。性价比不高，比起同等五星酒店，不懂为什么就是要差那么一截。幸好服务员态度都很好。停车礼宾部同事也处理得很好。
