这次应该是预定最曲折的一次，艺龙booking酒店都分别联络就是因为预授权的原因，最后变成要提早去酒店做预授，在前台处理预授的同事就很冷漠的划了钱，然后一句致歉都没有只会说不是酒店问题。但入住那天负责的前台非常好，了解情况并安抚了我同时安排了舒适的房间，服务水平参差不齐吧。另外送外卖，这么冷的天气，礼宾部其实可以代客人先收外卖 也没必要为难外卖员，厦门希尔顿就是这样做，职业无分高低，没必要不让外卖员入门。希望可以更人性化。最后，洗浴用品真的很差！
