酒店地理位置非常好，五四广场，晚上可以下楼看灯光秀，酒店也是秀的一部分。酒店环境也不错，服务生主动热情。前台办理入住也有效率。房间布置合理，夜灯就在床头，起夜不影响他人，电动窗帘开关在床边，开始都不知道，打客服才被告知，设计人性化。洗浴用品免费提供，不过洗发水发涩，最好自带。唯一不太满意，就是卫生间。卫生间看起来很干净，但一直有尿味，非常重。估计地面有尿液。又看不出来，清扫工就表面擦擦。坐便下方是味道重灾区。细节决定一切，五星级酒店希望有所改进。

酒店位置不错，就在五四广场边上，离一些景点也很近，周边有大型商场和超市，交通方便。自助晚餐甜点真的很赞，款款都惊艳，其他的就没那么有特色了，整体还是不错的，如果能对住店客人更优惠一些会让人更舒服。车位在地下四层，就是开下去绕的有点糊，因人而异吧，整体服务中规中矩，还不错。

酒店距离机场45分钟车程（不堵车），五四广场就在边上，黄金位置。去青岛火车站就18分钟，因为位于老城区，一路上不少德式老建筑物，相比海景，别有一番风情，有时间的可以尝试步行游览。
趁着淡季价格入住还是很开心。酒店2014
年开业，硬件设施很好，中央空调温度适宜，不干燥不过热，床垫床单很舒适。6楼健身房24小时的，器材齐全。整个入住很享受。
