We had such a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect—having the May 4th Square Metro station right outside the front door made getting around so easy. It’s also great value for the price. Everyone on the staff was so kind, but a special shoutout goes to the housekeeping team. They were so attentive and even left us a sweet little note in our room, which was such a lovely touch! We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Qingdao.

酒店服务周到，提前一天电话沟通到店时间，安排好住宿，房间乾净整洁，住宿很满意。有个小建议，酒店地下停车场入口不容易找，提示标志不明显，加些牌子提示

前台美女服务有礼貌。清洁阿姨态度热情。
房间乾净整齐。酒店虽然营运已有十年，但房间不算太陈旧。

酒店安排了眼罩，按摩油，乳胶枕和公仔超窝心。
地点出行方便，附近有大型商场。食饭，买野方便。
安排电梯第一房间，但其他客人出入电梯时很嗜早晚都被打扰。

针不戳！这家酒店+神仙前台Kimi直接封神?
选择了一直非常喜欢的威斯汀酒店，结果被全方位惊喜到！房间乾净得像自带滤镜，床品软到躺下就不想起，连洗漱用品都带着淡淡的清香，细节控狂喜～ 但最戳我的是前台Kimi的服务！
从进门就笑脸相迎，主动帮我提行李、耐心讲解酒店设施，还悄悄推荐了附近超地道的小众美食和避坑攻略，比做的攻略还实用！全程热情又不越界，让人感觉特别暖心～
下次来还住这儿！为酒店的高品质和Kimi的神仙服务疯狂打call，

第一次入住青岛威斯汀酒店，地理位置优越，就在五四广场E出口旁边。遇到的工作人员都很友好，总机小王美女很耐心，帮助了很多????这次入住被赠送了早餐，而且还被问是否有延时退房的需求。我离开前因为时间问题申请延时退房，前台很快确认并表示没有问题，但最后我顺利12点前整理完毕了哈哈。下次来青岛还会再选择这里??

入住期间，Winni 的服务态度让我印象深刻。以热情的笑容和细致周到的服务，让我感受到了宾至如归的温暖，房间宽敞明亮，布局合理，为我的住宿带来了极其舒适的体验。早餐也非常丰盛，种类多。周边交通也方便，步行就能到万象城逛街吃饭，到海边散步也超近，必须给酒店五星好评！非常感谢在住期间Winni 的帮助，下次还会来体验！

跨年选择这家酒店，真的非常不错~工作人员Vivi服务的特别好，响应速度也特别的快，问题很快得到了解决，衞生收拾的都很彻底，有任何的物品上的诉求工作人员都会及时的送到~因为考虑到天气乾燥，续住的时候工作人员贴心的给我们留个纸条，还给我们房间放了8瓶水！！！真的超级贴心！！而且位置就在市中心出行都非常的方便，楼下就是万象城，四通八达的，地铁方便，楼下停车场也有很多工作人员给指引，真的特别贴心，很值得住的酒店~

房间比较宽敞舒服，房间的设施都挺不错。虽是临马路的房间，也很安静，前台小姐姐很客气，办手续非常快，服务很到位。自助早餐中式西式都有不错的选择。
