Arrived before 11am and our luggages are promptly assisted with and checked in. We are able to rest after a red eye flight instead of needing to idle around and wait for the official check in timing in the afternoon. Recommended!

多次入住，位置极好，双地铁加近旁的五四广场，几乎在城市C位的存在，除了顶层的房间，22楼以下海景视线遮挡，行政酒廊视野很好，餐食过得去，服务成熟，还会再住！

酒店??最让人印象深刻的是服务细节，还会延迟退房时间以满足客人个性化需求，特别是来自快捷服务中心的Lia，在入住前就进行了充分沟通，相当满意??酒店地理位置优越，门前就有地铁??，比邻大型广场万象城，出行买伴手礼都非常方便，当然景色也是亮点。

这次入住最惊喜的收获，是遇到了前台Kimi！从办理入住时耐心讲解酒店设施、主动推荐周边美食，到后续谘询出行路线时细致回应，她全程笑容温暖、态度热情，专业又贴心。哪怕是深夜临时需要额外的洗漱用品，Kimi也第一时间送到房间，高效又周到的服务让整个旅途都格外舒心。必须点名表扬Kimi，她的用心让酒店体验感直接拉满，下次来还会选择这里，也期待再次感受到她的优质服务！

Love Westin Qingdao! Will definitely stay here when we return. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great with decent spread. Club access with happy hour in the evening. Afternoon hour could improve wuth better spread but good noentheless. Next to May 4th Square and nice big shopping mall

在青岛最喜欢的酒店就是威斯汀，不管是自己住，还是朋友来青岛招待朋友，真是首选威斯汀。还有我妈，也最喜欢在威斯汀看日落了！特别出片哈哈哈哈??
地理位置优越，去哪都方便，景色也好，最主要的是服务也很好，为我们Lucy打call ！
这次入住还有送蒸汽眼罩，浴花，真的很贴心了！

酒店住了三晚，酒店距离海边比较近，是优点，但同时床单也比较潮，建议酒店今后在除湿方面多多下功夫。
另外，酒店的房间偏小。
浴缸比较大，比较舒服。
