五星级的价格，三星级的服务，很差的一次住宿，还不如旁边的假日酒店。酒店设施也不好，淋浴房水龙头水极小，大堂在5楼，办入住进去半天没人接待的，早上打客服电话也没人接。真是砸了五星级的招牌，再也不会入住威斯汀。
