超级推荐哈 位置优越 房间温馨干净 装修是那种明亮米色调搭配的欧式 服务也很好 升级了房间 感觉超级划算，细节处也很喜欢 衣架子音箱烧水器都非常人性化很高大上 缺点的话还是因为新装修味道没有散掉 如果以后去的话还会再次入住

办事效率很慢 下午三点到店 房间还没打扫好 等到五点才拿到房卡 一推门一股霉味迎面而来 带小朋友强烈不推荐入住

怎么说呢。之前一直在北京的威斯汀住，感觉青岛的威斯汀差很多，首先服务质量及态度就极度不如北京威斯汀，什么事都表现一副抱歉我处理不了的样子。让人很无语。其次，房间沙发是浅色的，显得略脏。其他电视还可以，免费提供50个大片随意看。早餐一般，豆浆有股霉味。总体和北京威斯汀差太远了。

中午到的酒店让等一个多小时，随后我们想等吧就去外面吃饭，吃完后回来拿房卡上的21楼入住，一开门那个难闻吧，一打扫卫生的阿姨说是吸烟层，随后反应了，然后后到5层换房间，明明带个小孩还让我们住吸烟层，这一换房又要等一个多小时，什么酒店啊，从12点到现在15点16分还在等待入住，还有这里的服务简直太差劲了，是今天从海景花园酒店退房的然后入住威斯丁的，怎么服务差这么多，这里服务生牛的，下次绝对不会入住

星级酒店确实不错！但是卫生情况实在是不尽如人意！床单上有体毛！虽然给升级了房间。太恶心了！一次性拖鞋上面有毛发！而且最后一次换！尽然还有 我很无奈！五楼的餐厅里面竟然有小飞虫！哎 很不爽的一次 美好的假期有些小瑕疵？
