本人连续三个月分别入住，每次接近一周，在威斯汀全国连锁系列里体验感最差，服务态度差，前台电话基本不能及时接通，地面垃圾滞留，还经常忘了补日常一次性用品等等

酒店位置与环境很好，唯一不方便的就是酒店跟写字楼在一起，入住办理在五楼，停车也显得有些乱！总的来讲服务和硬件还是很棒的！
