到青岛一直喜欢住这里，交通方便离海近。
服务一如既往的耐心，姑娘笑的甜小伙长的帅。
退房后才想起还有衣服忘记在房间了，没走远就回来找，结果说房间已经整理完了没有发现有遗留的。不过前台姑娘非常耐心的沟通最后还让自己回房间找还是找到了，非常感谢。
只不过房间打扫的同事还是要注意打扫房间的细节呀，衣服挂在房间（可能挂的有点隐秘）没发现，还好后面客人还没有入住，如果是新客人住进去发现房间还有别人的东西，那不是会让人觉得房间没整理干净么??

1、酒店的位置真心非常好，距离景点、医院、超市等其他服务设施非常近；
2、酒店的服务超级棒，一流的服务意识、一流的服务配套；
3、对于五星级酒店来说这家酒店的软性服务高于硬件服务；
4、但是有一点需要提示一下各位准备入住的房客，酒店提供免费停车，但是需要从前台领取停车费抵用券；
5、整体的酒店感受非常好，就是建议酒店的中餐厅还是要和西餐厅同步一下会员福利。

地下鉄２号線の駅が、目の前に出来るので至便。
５階がメインフロアなので、１階車寄せから遠いのが欠点。トイレも１階に無いのはたいへん困る。
朝ご飯を食べたが、お料理が冷えていて美味しくない。焼きめし、焼きそば、玉子焼き、暖かくしないと折角の料理がもったいないです。
