酒店位置距离昆明火车站步行10分钟，乘坐火车非常方便。机场过来坐机场大巴2号号线，终点是锦江饭店，下车后酒店就在马路对面，过红绿灯就是。
酒店卫生状况不错，早餐比较丰富。
周边出门小店很多，尤其是火车站一带都是土特产店，吃饭比较多的需要往日火车站走。去大型的购物中心大悦城需要步行十几分钟。
中规中矩的五星级酒店。
