前台的小张和小曹服务很好，送的下午茶也很好，蛋糕很好吃。房间干净整洁，地理位置很好，过来出差办公，距离很近。酒店的杯子有点脆，刷牙的时候杯子与水龙头轻轻一碰就碎了，扣了15元钱，大家要注意😂😂昨天的下午茶，我想把蛋糕打包带回房间吃，但是餐厅的服务员不让我打包，说是规定，直到她给上面打完电话后才允许。她说自己是新来的，要遵守规定，但是别的桌子还有人抽烟，她却说人家是熟客所以可以。😂😂好吧，反正规定是灵活的。

昆明高铁站附近，地铁站也就200米，很方便，对于在昆明中转的人很适用

酒店位置很好，离火车站和地铁站都蛮近的。服务不错，今天早上电梯突然停在5楼不动了，打前台电话，一会就有人过来处理，很及时。退房时忘记开发票了，回到家发现后，打电话联系，马上开了电子发票。服务真的很到位！就是酒店门口没有明显的标志，第一次来的人比较难找。

酒店位置距离火车站很近，早晨起来去吃一碗老字号米线，最好不过了……
酒店服务五星级标准，从入住前到入住后我的问题很多，打了不下三个电话，都一一耐心友好解答提醒，行李下车有专人代拿行李至酒店前台，办理流程也很顺畅简便。
第二天一早站在景观较好的玻璃窗前，思绪万千，还写了一段小文发给朋友，这趟云南之行，实属一次说走就走的旅行，入住的酒店和服务都非常棒！
