  酒店入住满意??在办理入住时前台小邓小崔积极快速地办理并介绍酒店设施。房间复古简约，服务态度很好，安排的是无烟楼层，房间空间大，入住起来很舒服，楼层比较高，视野也比较好，酒店距离昆明站比较近，步行即可到达，楼下有地铁站环城南路D口。去哪里打车都比较方便，工作人员微笑友好的态度感觉很亲切，入住还致电了解是否满意，有问题能及时处理很放心。入住都很满意所以又续住了，宾客服务管家李娇关注了解入住体验很专业的服务，总体都很好！

  直接説缺点1.饮用水太拉胯，连农夫山泉都不是，整的那个好像是自来水。味道很拉胯和这个老牌星级极其不符，哪怕你整个冰露我都忍了，2.车位太低了这个几乎无解的，坦克500能进，就差一点就进不去，坦克700就算把升高降到最低也不要下，肯定直接挂掉了。3.不隔音旁边的一家人老头老太太，正常説话嗓门大了点，可以説一点不隔音，几乎没法睡。非要説优点就是缺点大于优点。
