酒店位置在昆明站附近，步行大约10分钟。酒店五星级，各方面都不错，就是门口服务的人不怎么样，最可笑的是入住的时候服务人员看着拉大箱子的不帮忙，去拿了一个最小的儿童箱子。其他都还不错。

酒店位置很好，离火车站不远，出行离地铁也近，附近一公里左右，有家乐福，大悦城都不远，不错，还会入住。

1、携程显示确认后，到达酒店前台仍显示没有预定信息；
2、浴室设备老旧，花洒是固定在墙上的喷头，出水温度极高，无法淋浴，浴缸上的花洒无法挂起，不能改用浴缸花洒淋浴；
3、工程部维修后告知需换房间，更换后的房间面积变小了，特别是浴室，需要站在浴缸里洗澡，没有门与马桶隔开，水顺着浴帘留到马桶所处的地板上，浴室地漏设计在高位，水无法排走，洗完澡发现马桶地板水位已到达脚掌上，当时已经很晚还没吃饭，已经没有心情再换房和叫阿姨打扫了，饭后叫客房部拿几条地巾吸水算了，第二天早上还没排干。
综上所述，如果想到酒店附近找五星级酒店，不要选这个店。
