在网上订的这家酒店的商务大床房，价格529。第二天退房因有事，延迟到下午6点退房，加收半天房费。因为押金是刷的信用卡预授，在无人告知的情况下，收了我329，后面打电话过去咨询，说是这半天房费是按照酒店正牌价格658收的。我住了这么多酒店，加收半天房费从来没有遇见过这样的，按照什么正牌价格。这前台服务员态度一点都不好，我说为什么没有提前告知在我退房的时候，结果给我来了一句现在告知了呀，对，你钱都给我收了才告知我。这是什么奇葩规定，这是什么垃圾酒店！下次再也不会住了！！！

非常好的五星级酒店，服务周到，虽然酒店不算最新，但是还是干净整洁，晚上回酒店还有银耳羹和饼干在房间里预备好，用作宵夜。酒店西餐厅早餐品种众多，还有儿童用餐区，有专用吧台和动画片看。西餐厅经理堪称劳模，我早上赶早班出门，6点半天不亮去用餐就站在门口，其他时间也热情解答客人疑问，指引用餐，让我非常惊讶。酒店房间有专用hdmi接口，可以直连电视机，非常好。下次来昆明旅游出差就住天恒了！
