酒店位于城区中心，附近是步行街，吃饭的很多，地铁口也很近，卫生保养方面相当不错，尤其早餐，给予好评，有独立的儿童用餐区显示酒店的用心，虽然是比较老的酒店，但客房的维护和公共区域方面保养都很不错，看得出管理者是比较有水平的～第一天入住有点小插曲，但酒店很妥善的解决了，整个入住过程还是非常愉快，如果下次再到昆明，中维恒天大酒店应该是首选
