家庭房很适合多人出行，2.2米大床和1.3米小床，含三早。早餐很丰盛。房间优点位置靠近市中心南屏步行街，晚上送银耳羹焦糖饼干，饮用水很多瓶免费，就是第二晚没给浴帽，电话给前台很快送来了。
最大的缺点是隔音不好，窗户关不牢对着马路车流声很响，厕所有返味。

地址优越，离金马碧鸡坊很近，周边有很多逛街吃饭的地方。酒店服务到位，还送了龟苓膏。酒店早餐很丰富，还有专门的儿童就餐区。
