    陪南方的朋友来体验东北的冰天雪地，入住的是他们熟悉的凯宾斯基酒店。本来给他们订的是楼层高的行政江景房，可是因为房间温度太高，把他们的部分房间调换成北面的房间。本人住的是中间楼层的江景房，温度虽然也很高，但是还可以住。房间设施挺新，就是订单上提到的水果忘记送了，经过跟前台人员的沟通，他们在后面就提升了服务，提供了水果、糕点，还提供了开夜床服务。希望能够继续提升酒店的服务，给客人更好的入住体验。
