酒店位置不方便 四周连个便利店都没有 无论去哪儿都需要打车 另外按五星级来说的话 舒适度不算高 床单磨得非常旧起球儿了 洗漱用品也不行 不过服务非常好 入住退房都非常顺畅 会打电话询问入住体验 提出的问题都快速的解决 此外非常安静 这点很重要 性价比算是不错

来到哈尔滨后先是入住的香格里拉，1600多元一晚的行政房不仅房间小，配套设施也差，与其五星级宾馆不协调的是停车还要另收费80元一晚，其实1600多元都花了到不差那么点停车费，主要是感觉香格里拉对宾客极不尊重。一气之下退掉了剩下的2晚住宿，改住了凯宾斯基大酒店。真是不比不知道啊，同样是行政房，1100元一晚，性价比超高。而且房间大，干净明亮，配套设施非常好，行政酒廊的下午茶非常地道。更主要的是停车免费！入住凯宾斯基大酒店有宾至如归的感觉！

来哈尔滨看朋友演出。为了给朋友惊喜选择住这里了。但是朋友的十七层没有房间了。些许遗憾。唯一就是酒店这边生活气息不是很浓郁。需要打车走一段距离才好。可能新区新城都如此吧。
