  The front desk staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a more comfortable and spacious room, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Harbin.

  服务很到位，提前联系还会布置房间，下午茶也不错，还给升级了房间，非常好，电话前台来的也很及时周到，会帮忙洗衣服挂衣服，房间整洁乾净

  酒店的服务很到位哦，感谢叔每次帮我们拖行李箱，前台的哥姐们的每次问好～太贴心啦！下午茶的冰糖雪梨也很温暖，还可以拿到房间里享用～酒店离三姓街早市和哈尔滨站都近，还是很方便的～

  咖啡机需要更新换代了，太老的胶囊咖啡，口味实在是一言难尽，门僮和客服确实很敬业，和索菲亚的君逸相比室外环境略差，但下午茶依旧出彩。照片为凌晨6点拍摄，没有灯的二楼大厅，P S：门口的门僮伯伯很敬业，非常辛苦，这么冷的天都不计其烦的推门，拉门，按电梯送上楼，往往最容易忽视的服务行业，还是要大大的赞??
