  本着能俯看到冰雪大世界夜景的房间订的，结果给开个旁边顶头的房间，房间里的设施也不全，衞生间一次性用品居然没有梳子，太不值了，奉劝大家都别订了，酒店的服务也不好??

  房间略微老旧、偏小，迷你吧收费，有欢迎水果 早餐和豪华阁酒廊品质都很不错，种类丰富豪华阁几个高个子小姐姐非常热情让让人感觉宾至如归，对哈尔滨服务业印象非常好 美中不足是豪华阁一位男性黑色西装貌似经理的工作人员，态度比较强硬冷淡，我们去酒廊时本来坐到了一个沙发位靠窗，但因为穿的拖鞋，这位先生让我们回去换鞋子，我们立刻回去换了并让他帮忙留下座位，然而回来就説给我们调了一个靠门口不靠窗的两人位説是另外三个人人多让他们坐了，并没有和我商量的意思（态度比较强硬），本来晚上是想找个靠窗的座位看看夜景吃点东西的，这样心情被干扰了，所以觉得这位先生考虑有些欠妥当了～和酒廊其他工作人员的服务态度不太一样～

  房间挺暖和的，双床房挺方便的，两张床可以拼在一起，带小孩很方便。 自助餐也很好吃，尤其是甜品，没吃过哪家自助餐甜品这么好吃的。 另外还提供免费车子直达主要景区，相当方便。外面景色也很好，全景大床房可以看到冰雪大世界夜景，注意别订错。
