地理位置非常好，刷酒店卡出门就是西湖，订了带阳台的湖景房，傍晚看夕阳，晚上看音乐喷泉，特别好的体验。酒店所有服务员都训练有素，热情有礼貌，非常棒！酒店本身就是一道风景，院里香泡树的香味太好闻了，离店那天在树下捡了不少掉落的花瓣装回家，香味陪伴了整个返家的旅程，到现在干花瓣还在客厅飘着余香！酒店的大华号游船以及电瓶车非常方便，船游西湖是别样体验，一个小时的游船时间仍然觉得意游未尽。大华酒店距离码头、公交站、以及购物中心都很近，无论哪种方式游西湖都特别方便，购物中心附近吃饭的地方很多，环境都不错。推荐给了家人，以后杭州就住这里了。房间设施不错，尤其喜欢那淋浴花洒，三档模式顶喷，洗着舒服。马桶圈有加热功能。
