位置，服务五颗星。用老公的话说，客气得他都不好意思。专属的游轮绝对是亮点，在湖上观赏各个著名景点，可以看到全貌，效率又极高。正好又碰到湖上落雪，实在幸运。
早饭尚可，没什么亮点。房间选的是价位最低的标间，阳台外面对着墙也谈不上景致。房间硬件尚可，面积较小，床品舒适。
下次过来会升级住好些的房间，总体来说比较满意，适合家庭出游。

酒店很棒，地段非常好，直接就在西湖边，而且有自己的游轮，可以免费在西湖里玩一圈，大概1小时左右。早饭比较丰盛，口味很不错。定的精品房，唯一缺点，房间有烟味，而且比较重。虽然是要的无烟房。

酒店环境很不错，就在西湖旁边，工作人员都很热情，酒店自己有游船，住店客人送一次环湖游，整体都很满意~

環境優美，市中心西湖边，边上就是西湖天地，离銀泰也非常近。裝修精美，高大上。服务人员素质高，礼貌周到熱情，还給我們升级了豪华大床房。早餐品种也豐富。空调、热水都很好！

跨年入住大华饭店。 第一感觉环境好离西湖近距离。 前台服务员态度非常好。 办理入住时间很快。 早歺品种多的 水果蛋糕🧁齐全味道很多。 可以免乘游船一次。 过去马路对面直走一个转弯就到盒马生鲜超市放便吃海鲜什么的。
