酒店地理位置特别好，从后门出去就是西湖边，酒店的免费游船就停在那里，游一次西湖一个小时。
在酒店不管去什么地方，遇到的服务员都会微笑着说您好，还会主动地提行李、递伞、安排停车，服务一级棒。
酒店早餐的品种不是特别多，但中西式都有，吃饱没问题。
出酒店左转可以到银泰，右转有外婆家和星爸爸，吃饭散步都很方便。

酒店就在西湖边上，有后门刷房卡就可以直接到西湖边，每天还有免费的游船游览西湖，但要提前到前台预定取票，交通也很方便，开车 公交 都可以，个人建议共享单车最好，高峰期湖边很堵车的，最后一晚刚好赶上自己生日酒店还给准备了惊喜和蛋糕，早餐一般，当地的一些糕点好吃，说一点不好的地方，第一天入住的酒店的南楼旁边就是西湖天地里面有酒吧晚上十一二点了还在放音乐早上四点还有环卫工人拖着垃圾桶收垃圾，严重影响休息，早上要求换了房间，换到了北楼就好多了，外面还有一个小阳台，建议大家住在北楼。

定的标准双床房，总体还是比较满意的，酒店地理位置不错，交通很方便，去大部分景点坐一辆车就可以到。房间不大但是很干净，住的北楼，晚上有点吵。服务人员态度热情，第一次体验管家式服务，还坐了酒店赠送的西湖游船，很不错。订房时显示不含早餐，但是实际去吃早饭说刷房卡就可以，没有另外加收费用。
